Hi, I’m Amy B!
After 9 years in real estate, I launched Amy B’s Realty in November of 2024 because I wanted a brand that truly reflects who I am and how I serve my clients—no more being a “secret agent” behind someone else’s name.
I’m proudly brokered by Fathom Realty, and together we deliver a modern, client-first vision of what being a real estate professional should look like.
My mission is simple: be the best friend in the business. I believe real estate is more than contracts and closings—it’s about understanding what people are going through. I listen to your needs, fight for what you deserve when selling, and work relentlessly to get buyers the best deal possible.
And yes—it may sound too good to be true—but I do it for 75% off traditional commission rates because I believe exceptional service shouldn’t come with outdated fees.

I love my state and the community I call home in St. Francis, Minnesota. I’m proudly Minnesota through and through—and yes, I’m a huge Minnesota Vikings fan (which probably tells you I’m loyal no matter what!).
Many people know me from around the community—whether helping out locally or simply being someone who shows up when people need it most. Helping people isn’t just my career—it’s who I am.
Life Outside of Real Estate:
I’m a proud mom of five boys and help care for my grandparents, which keeps life busy and meaningful. I’ve also been alcohol-free since June 7, 2024—a decision that changed my life in the best way and strengthened my passion
